The first step is to go to a lender and get pre-approved.  If you do not have a lender, we have several we can recommend.  This will help you determine your budget and it will give me the tools I need to know on what, if anything to ask sellers for, in contributions to help cover your closing costs. This will also let you know what you need in lender required costs for down payment and your closing costs.

Once you determine what you can spend and what type of loan is right for you, we will go to work and help you find the ideal home that fits you and your budget.

MLS portals are a great tool to send you new listings as well as any changes on existing listings as soon as they hit our MLS system.
